Admission, Withdrawal and Certification

  1. No student shall be admitted to the School without a valid Leaving Certificate from the previous school attended by her. A contrary remark in it may invalidate her admission.
  2. A student having secured admission to the school and who remains absent on the first day of a new term is liable to have her admission cancelled. Such a student will forfeit the fee paid in connection with her admission.
  3. No School Leaving Certificate will be issued without a written application from both the parents, (unless divorced / legally separated). One month’s notice should be given before the withdrawal of a pupil or a month’s fee to be paid in lieu thereof.
  4. A Leaving Certificate will be issued only after all dues have been paid and a Clearance Certificate obtained from the Librarian & Head of Accounts.
  5. Any Certificate or extract from the School records, duplicate forms etc. can be issued only on the production of an Affidavit and the cost thereof.

FEES

  1. Fees must be paid in advance in March, for the first term and in September for the second term as per the dates informed by way of circulars.
  2. Term fees are payable twice a year.
  3. Lunch Fee for May is not chargeable.
  4. Parents of students wishing to avail of School Lunch should fill up the form in the School Office. 
        I) In case a student wishes to discontinue School Lunch facility, a written application from the Parent /Guardian should be given to the Head of  Accounts & Administration through a diary note giving one month’s notice failing which fees shall be charged for the same.
  5. Students who will appear for the ICSE Examination should pay all their dues upto February before their Preliminary Examination.
  6. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  7. Students who discontinue, any service provided by the school, during the course of the year will be charged for the balance of the year.
  8. SCHOOL FEES ARE SUBJECT TO REVISION, FROM TIME TO TIME.
  9. Parents/Guardians are requested to pay the School Fees of their daughter/ward on the dates informed to them through the circular.
  10. Progress Reports may be held back if the fees are not paid on the dates specified.
  11. In case of delay in payment of fees delayed payment charges as applicable will be levied.
  12. Those students whose fees are not paid by the due dates are liable to have their names struck off the rolls and re-admission may not be granted.
  13. Fees are to be paid online through Edutinker – an integrated School management software.
  14. Parents can pay by way of Internet banking, NEFT/ RTGS, Debit card & Credit card & UPI only.
